From the start, True Nature was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions on the entire process to fix up the exterior of our home due to last year's severe hail storm. After having spoken with multiple contractors, we've decided to go with True Nature due to David's extensive knowledge and friendly attitude. They've been great at contacting our insurance for supplementals and additional information, and had always gotten back to us within a timely manner if we had any questions or concerns. Although there was a bit of a hiccup in between due to lack of communication amongst employees, Cassie was so incredible with taking over our file and smoothing things back out for us in the process. She was very patient and friendly; despite their busy schedules, she always made us feel as if we were prioritized. I highly recommend contacting Cassie with any concerns; her turnaround rate is amazing, and her customer service is exceptional!
